We are currently looking for volunteers to participate in the third annual Small Business Appreciation Walk. Please register is you're interested in being involved. \n\n\n\nThe Small Business Appreciation Walk will be held on Wednesday\, May 6th. The purpose is to connect with 650 small businesses in Fort Worth and let them know how important they are to our business community. This event is in partnership with the City of Fort Worth Economic Development Department. \n\n\n\nYour morning will begin at Casa Manana Theatre where you will gather with other volunteers to receive a brief training over light breakfast and coffee. We will have lists of businesses in the North\, East\, South\, West\, and Central Area Councils for your convenience. You will at that point receive a list of 7 businesses and be teamed up with another volunteer. You will also receive goodie bags to hand out while visiting your assigned business. \n\n\n\nWhile we consider this event a "business walk"\, please know you will need to drive to your list of assigned companies but should find your target businesses to be as walkable as possible. \n\n\n\nIf you're willing to volunteer\, please register for the event and we will follow up with more details. \n\n\n\nIf you are Fort Worth Chamber member and you would like to donate branded items to be included in the goodie bags that will be distributed during the morning of the walk\, please fill out this interest form!
