DESCRIPTION:2020 has been an exceptionally busy year for Tarrant County Judge Glen Whitley.  Navigating the pandemic and working tirelessly to keep our community safe has been an added priority to his traditional roles.  Join us on October 23 to hear from Judge Whitley about his experience leading the County through the past 6 months\, as well as his take on the upcoming election season and what you\, as business leaders\, should know.  He'll cover the budget challenges that lie ahead and a number of other issues critical to our future success. \n\n \n\nTarrant County Judge Glen Whitley presides over the Tarrant County Commissioners Court.  He is a leader on transportation\, sustainable communities\, efficient government\, air quality\, higher education\, support for veterans and military families as well as youth and children's issues.\n\n \n\nThe Chamber will present the 10th Annual Vandergriff Award\, in memory of the late Judge Tom Vandergriff. This award recognizes a significant impact that a company or individual has contributed to the Fort Worth region.
