DESCRIPTION:Sold out!\n\n\n\nOur "Table of 10" Mentoring events offer Vision FW members an opportunity to meet and enjoy a meal with Fort Worth's top leaders and business professionals.\n\n\n\nThese events are specifically for members of Vision FW (the Chamber's Young Professional Group).  If you are not a member\, you can join here.\n\n\n\nThis event will give you exclusive time and access to people whose time is at a premium\, in a setting that promotes open conversation.  Come ready with questions and excited to learn from Fort Worth's best social and community leadership. \n\n\n\nNovember's Mentor: Rebecca Montgomery\, Vice President of External Affiars.\n\n\n\nRebecca Montgomery is the Vice President of External Affairs for the Fort Worth Transportation Authority. She oversees transportation-related legislative issues at the local\, state and national levels\, and works closely with elected officials and community leaders. Rebecca's department includes Marketing & Communications\, Community Outreach and the EasyRide commuter program. She came to Fort Worth from Austin with 15 years experience working in various sectors of the Texas legislative process\, experienced in legislative analysis and research\, government and public relations. Rebecca served as chief of staff for State Rep. John Smithee (R-Amarillo) and later an executive to House Speaker Tom Craddick (R-Midland). She also served as a governmental affairs specialist to Commissioner Jerry Patter of the Texas General Land Office\, monitoring and guiding legislative activities.\n\n\n\nRead more about the Fort Worth Transportation Authority here. \n\n\n\nThis exclusive setting is limited to only 10 attendees and registration is required to attend (cost covers the cost of the meal).
