There will be a Q&A session during the workshop.\n\n\n\nOvercoming Obstacles Panel:\n\n\n\nOVERCOMING: Gender Bias and preconceived/limiting self-talk\n\n\n\nKate Van Dellen\n\nPilot\, Aerospace Engineer\, Entrepreneur New Trees Education\n\n\n\nOnly 6% of pilots and only 15% of aerospace engineering graduates are female in the US and Kate has experienced gender biases comments and assignments. After being diagnosed and overcoming a significant health issue\, she talks about how she never anticipated an obstacle like this and how important mindset can be in overcoming any obstacle in life.
