You'll get to....

  • Assists the TXOR team with financial accountability, stewardship, and up to date financial information.
  • Assists management with financial analysis, accurate reporting, and budget monitoring.
  • Promote good stewardship by keeping accurate records, timely reporting, and effective communication. 
  • Complete all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with federal grant requirements and agency quality assurance standards.

  • Continuously seek increased understanding of federal regulations and the potential impact on the State Refugee Coordinator’s Office and partner financial operations.?

  • Conduct monthly analysis of partner financial trends, including potential overspending and shifts in cost per client.?

Are you the newest Staff Accountant?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or two years of experience or combination of the above. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook. 
  • Experience with Sage MIP and UKG preferred. 
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

  • Full-Time position with a salary range of $41,000-$49,000, based on skills and experience.
