Administrative Assistant – Part-Time (Accounting Dept.)

Position Summary:
Administrative support for the Accounting Department. 
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Scan documents into the document management system
  • File paperwork
  • Compile financial reports, both hard copy and PDF
  • Create working folders for the Accounting Department
  • Miscellaneous other administrative work
  • Maintain familiarity with strategic District levels of service
  • Continuous improvement monitoring and innovation efforts
  • Perform other duties as required
Required Experience:
