EECU is looking for a Financial Center Support Supervisor that will have direct supervision of the field team members who support financial centers, personal teller consultants and indirect supervision of the retail operations team. This position is eligible for a $500.00 sign on bonus.
The position assists in the development and updates of standard operating procedures related to the personal teller machines. Assist financial center employees with issues related to teller and platform operations. This position is required to fill in at the financial centers to assist with coverage. Must have flexibility with schedule and be available as needed before or after work hours and assist on weekends. The position must be available for on-call support 24 hours a day.
Responsible for the direct supervision of the field team members who support the financial centers and the personal teller consultants. Makes suggestions or recommendations for these employees regarding their performance and change of status, including transfer, advancement, termination, and hiring. Must be able to function in the capacity of an acting Financial Center Manager, Team Lead, any employee at a Financial Center, and Personal Teller Consultant and is responsible for assisting the center. This position will be required to fill in as needed at the financial centers in the absence of a field employee or in the PTM area in the absence of a PTM employee.
Indirect supervision of the retail operations team, scheduling and backup to the Financial Center Operations Manager. Manages the operations phone line and provide overall support to the financial centers. Will have the opportunity to learn the operations side of retail, i.e. COP, IRA/HSA and Quality Assurance.
Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Reg Z, Reg B, FCRA/FACTA, and Service Members Civil Relief. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.
