What will you be doing?

Build Relationships

You will build relationships with community refugee services partners and promote NTOR's vision for refugee clients

Financial Expertise

You will continuously seek increased understanding of federal regulations and impact on NTOR and community partners' financial operations. You will Stay up to date with the latest financial resources and training in the field in order to enhance and grow financial expertise for use in analytical support of NTOR management and team, including projections of financial needs based on legislative developments. 

Provide Ongoing Fiscal Review

 You will provide ongoing fiscal review of community partner operating results and assist NTOR team in monitoring partner operations.  You will communicate observations and findings with partner personnel providing clarity of issues and potential solutions, and with respect at all times.

Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various hours and possibly weekends, depending on current program needs.

Up to 3 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave if eligible, in addition to our PTO plan. We also offer flexible work schedules and a friendly, supportive environment. This is a full-time,  exempt position with a salary range of $50,000-$65,000 based on skills and experience.
