Bilingual Client Navigator-Community Care Program

What will you be doing?

Provide Leadership

You will provide leadership to manage vital aspects of success, and uphold a high level of accountability for the Community Care program. This will result in knowledgeable and engaged staff members that are able to provide supportive services to clients in the program.

Monitor Services

You will monitor services to ensure that all case management clients receive necessary supportive services and that staff are given the tools and resources to further facilitate the supportive services that clients are receiving.

Cultivate and Manage positive relationships with community partnerships

You will build partnerships with the dual goal of increasing services for people in the community and connecting clients to poverty solution programs.

 

WORK HOURS

Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various hours and possibly weekends, depending on current program needs.   

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Catholic Charities Fort Worth offers a variety of benefits to our staff including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Our staff members can participate in a retirement plan with a generous dollar for dollar, up to 6% match. A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed and we provide paid time off for 15 designated holidays, including being closed Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day. Up to 3 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave if eligible, in addition to our PTO plan. We also offer flexible work schedules and a friendly, supportive environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly range of $16.00 - $18.00, based on skills and experience.
