Career and Vocations Program Manager

What will you be doing?

Lead and manage a team of Career and Vocational Specialists.

You will Lead and manage a team of career and vocational specialists by creating an environment of collaboration, innovation & accountability. Monitor and analyze program data, financials and team progress to make sound decisions regarding program design, staffing and funding.

Design and execute strategic plans to address vocational needs of clients

You will Design and execute strategic plans to address vocational needs of clients seeking living wage employment. Work with external partners to build educational opportunities for clients that cover soft skills needs and job specific. Work with employment partners to develop and implement co-training opportunities so that agency clients are well prepared for the workforce.

Cultivate strong partnerships with employers

You will Cultivate strong partnerships with employers by fully understanding their interests and needs. Work in partnership with CCFW Advancement Team to develop a well-cultivated pipeline of employment partners interested in working with our clients 



Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various hours and possibly weekends, depending on current program needs
