Client Navigator

What will you be doing?

The Client Navigator will develop long-term case management or coach-client relationships with college students at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls. The Client Navigator will be responsible for recruiting and maintaining a caseload of college students at MSU Texas as well as maintaining relationships with the local community college staff.

Moving Families Out of Poverty

You will engage and monitor clients utilizing the coaching method to think strategically about financial options that the client may employ that will result in movement out of poverty.


You will really get to know your client and be able to develop a trusting relationship where the client feels empowered to create their own goals, act as an accountability partner to maintain or adjust client goals.

Education Navigator

You will assess client aptitude and academic abilities. Coach clients to choose the best academic path for them. Assisting clients as they navigate the educational systems & processes to achieve their educational goals.



Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various hours and possibly weekends, depending on current program needs.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly range of $17.00 - $19.00, based on skills and experience.
