The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is currently accepting applications for Senior Director of Corporate and Community Engagement. The Senior Director of Corporate and Community Engagement is, under the supervision of the SVP of Advancement responsible for corporate engagement, corporate and individual prospect research, proposal writing and sales, community engagement, government relations committee support and club council liaison, administrative compliance, facility and child safety.
Duties include but not limited to: develop, manage, and steward existing corporate partnerships; monitor grant-funding opportunities from corporate partners; provide regular analysis, identify potential shortfalls and develop and implement contingency plans and course corrections; stay up to date on trends in fundraising; identify, qualify and secure new long term comprehensive partnerships with corporations; leverage existing BGCGTC programs; engage individual executives within our corporate partnerships; manage the corporate volunteer experience; lead the management, recruitment, and retention for Club Council members and be a positive role model.

This job is performed in a normal office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and at times loud. Work sites are located in low-income areas, challenging neighborhoods, and growth neighborhoods. Position requires regular work hours that mirror regular business hours with periodic nights and weekends.
