What will you be doing?

Build individualized relationships that lead to funding partnerships

You will engage foundations, corporations, and other funders in the mission of CCFW through individualized relationships that lead to funding partnerships. This includes private foundations, corporations and corporate foundations, and other funding entities, such as United Ways. 

Secure Funding 

You will secure funding that supports existing CCFW services as well as for opportunities to enhance services or expand services through new programming and partnerships. This includes working with a broad range of constituents, both internal and external, to identify, evaluate, and respond to resource development needs and opportunities that align with CCFW’s strategic goals, such as government entities. 

Develop Staff into Leaders

You will develop staff into leaders through professional development, personal accountability, delegating tasks and projects that leverage their strengths, and breaking barriers. You actively promote staff-led initiatives and ideas and integrate them into the mission of the department. 


Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work at various locations as well as various hours and occasional weekends, as events and meetings warrant.

A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed and we provide paid time off for 15 designated holidays. Up to 3 weeks of paid maternity/paternity leave if eligible, in addition to our PTO plan. We also offer a friendly, supportive environment. This is a full-time exempt position with a salary range of $80,000-$100,00 based on skills and experience.
