You'll get to...

  • Lead program design initiatives to develop new programs with a human-centered design approach.
  • Facilitate program evaluation to continually improve services and actively learn about client capabilities and needs.
  • Design and manage research projects with the client at the center, to evaluate existing programs and explore opportunities for improved services.

Are you the newest Research and Design Specialist?

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience (professional and/or educational) in research, evaluation, or design. Including but not limited to internships, course projects, or work experience.
  • Familiarity with refugee populations preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication in English
