You'll get to....

  • Coordinate volunteers to include volunteer onboarding and support during Contact Center hours.
  • Be responsible for volunteer engagement at your site such as scheduling and routine, weekly volunteer check-ins.
  • Support site operations to ensure clients are able to access Community Care services. This includes direct service delivery, Contact Center scheduling and monitoring, facilities upkeep, and IT/equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain a predictable daily schedule.
  • Champion program integrity by providing community members access to Site and Program specific services. You will coordinate with agency resources to ensure the hospitality and maintenance of your site.
  • Consistently monitor and correctly implement funds to assist clients and promote stewardship. 

 

Are you the newest Site Coordinator?

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.
  • Experience in Case Management a plus. 
  • Experience in Funds Management and Administration preferred. 
  • At least 1 year of experience in Volunteer Coordination and relationship management required. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with low-income populations.
  • Proactive with ability to multitask

  • Full-Time position with an hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00, based on skills and experience.
