Kelly, a Fort Worth native, local businessman, and dedicated family man, has served in the Texas Legislature since 2007. Throughout his time in the Texas House of Representatives and Texas Senate, Kelly has shown strong leadership in advocating for core conservative values of limited government, lower taxes, and traditional family values. He has extensive experience in the public and private sector and understands what it takes to keep the Texas economy on an upward trajectory.
Born at All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, Kelly has spent his whole life in Fort Worth and the Mid-Cities area. It is there that he learned the values of integrity, hard work, and most importantly, faith.
