Robert Allen, CFA, ABV, Earns CEIV™ Credential

Fort Worth, TX (September 28, 2021) – Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Managing Director, Robert Allen CFA, ABV, has earned the Certified in Entity and Intangible Valuations credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
 
Allen has in-depth financial advisory and valuation experience with a focus on business valuation, intangible asset valuation, and value enhancement consulting. He has valued closely held businesses and assets in a variety of industries for a variety of purposes, including tax reporting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, litigation support, management consulting, succession planning and transactional advisory support. Allen’s financial reporting experience includes purchase price allocation/intangible asset valuations (ASC 805), impairment testing (ASC 350/360), and equity-based compensation/options (ASC 718/IRC 409a). In addition, he has experience consulting with business owners on valuation and strategic planning issues, the development of budgets and forecasts, and strategic bench marking.

Allen graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M and earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University. In addition to the CEIV credential, he holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential through the AICPA and is a CFA Charterholder through the CFA Institute.
