Through these interactive exercises\, you will take yourself to the next level. You might experience increased self-empowerment\, better results in conflict\, and improved interpersonal and professional relationships. \n\n\n\nAbout the lead facilitator:\n\nAnnabeth Novitzki holds an honors BFA from Carnegie Mellon and a Masters degree. She lived in Austin for 5 years where she studied Meditation\, Mindfulness\, and Nonviolent Communication. She is trained and certified in Circling and Authentic Relating and was a founding board member for the world's largest Authentic Relating community. Annabeth has taught private music lessons for 14 years.
