This tour gives customers a look at each of the unique departments at Central Market and how to make healthy selections. Participants will learn tips for healthy shopping including basic label reading\, nutrient benefits of various foods\, tips for healthy snacking\, and also information about the diets of the longest lived people\, those living in the original Blue Zones  areas. Age is 21 and up.\n\n\n\nSpace is limited\, so please call 817-989-4700\, between 8am and 5pm to reserve your spot.
