Guest Speaker:  Brian Barnard\, Administrative Partner at Haynes & Boone LLP\, and Chairman of the Board for the Fort Worth Chamber will speak on two issues that will be on the November ballot:  the Fort Worth Independent School District's (FWISD) $593 million bond proposal and the Fort Worth Firefighters' Collective Bargaining Campaign.
