DESCRIPTION:TWO MEN AND A TRUCK  in partnership with Cornerstone Martial Arts & Leadership Academy introduce:\n\nFREE FREE FREE FREE Self Defense Class w/Donation Item to benefit the Movers for Moms  program.\n\nMovers for Moms  is a national program ran by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK  annually to support moms in need. We do so by collecting essential care and comfort items for moms and their children living in domestic violence shelters. This year our recipient shelters are SafeHaven of Tarrant County and Women Called Moses.\n\nCome join us as we help EMPOWER our local community with self-defense basics and bring awareness to domestic abuse. Domestic violence directly impacts 1 and 3 individuals in the DFW community. Help us support these moms in need while learning how to protect yourself!
