Saturday\, October 20 Station 25 – 3801 N. Main St. 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.\, Fort Worth\, TX 76106. Financial assistance is available for eligible applicants through the Tarrant County Health Department Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCCP). Financialeligibility qualifications for a free screening mammogram: Must be at least 200% of the 2012 federal poverty level. Must bring ID\, proof of income and proof of address (i.e.\, most recent utility bill). Must be age 40 or older with no breast concerns or issues. Must have a clinical breast exam prior to the screening mammogram.
