SUMMARY:FWISD Superintendent Search - Community Input Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Fort Worth Independent School District Board of Education invites Chamber members to a joint meeting of the Fort Worth\, Metropolitan Black and Hispanic Chambers of Commerce to submit information to the FWISD and search firm Ray and Associates to use in building a profile for recruiting a new superintendent.\n\n \n\nThis meeting is at 4:00 p.m. on Monday\, September 29 at the FWISD Professional Development Center\, 3150 McCart\, in Room 108.  Entrance to the room is on the south side of the building facing Devitt St. \n\n \n\nAt the meeting\, Chamber members will have an opportunity to make their wishes known to Ray and Associates and complete a survey about education priorities and attributes they'd like to see in a new superintendent.  Those who are unable to attend are asked to attend a public forum at one of the FWISD high schools and/or complete the survey posted on the FWISD's website\, www.fwisd.org.  The list of public meetings at high schools can also be found on the District's website.\n\n \n\nNo charge and no RSVP required.
