The 1mi dog walk is a nice stroll on the park's nature trail\; there are signs identifying the trees and other plant life\, which adds a touch of environmental education to your pup's athletic endeavor.\n Water at 1.5mi on 5k course\, at start/finish of both.\n 5K: Runners/walkers only on the 5k course. No dogs\, strollers\, bikes\, scooters\, or skates.\n 1mi: Dogs allowed on the 1mi course. Strollers welcome. No bikes\, scooters\, or skates.\n\n\n\n\nNot a runner? You can still support this great organization! Register for the Catnap for Hunger and don't run. You don't even have to show up. Stay on the couch. We'll mail your t-shirt to you\, sleepyhead! Support the cause while staying off your paws!\n\n\n\nAwards: \n\n\n Awards for top three finishers in male and female in the run in each age group.\n Age divisions for participants in the 5k are: under-18\, 19-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, 60+. Awards for top three finishers in the dog walk\, no age divisions.\n Participants will receive a goody bag with t-shirt (5k) or bandanna (1mi)\, various goodies\, and finish-line refreshments. T-shirt and bandanna quantities are limited. All participants registered by September 15th guaranteed a race t-shirt (5K or Catnap) or doggie bandanna (1mi). After September 15\, t-shirts and doggie bandannas are first registered\, first served.\n\n\n\n\nEntry fee: \n\n\n $30 per runner/walker/catnapper by September 1\, 2015\n $35 per runner/walker/catnapper by October 1\, 2015\n $40 per runner/walker/catnapper on race day\n\n\n\n\nEntry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and entries are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
