DESCRIPTION:The Chamber invites you to meet the 110th Secretary of State Carlos Cascos at our Leaders in Government luncheon June 30.\n\n \n\nNot new to public service\, Secretary Cascos was elected as Cameron County Judge in 2006 and was re-elected in 2010 and 2014. Born in Mexico\, Secretary Cascos immigrated to the United States as a child and became a permanent resident and citizen during adolescence. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and is a CPA.\n\n \n\nThe Secretary serves as senior advisor and liaison to the Governor for Texas Border and Mexican Affairs\, and serves as Chief International Protocol Officer for Texas. Sec. Cascos will touch on his goals for the office and any emerging issues. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nReservation Policy\n\nAll reservations must be accompanied by full payment. If no payment is received\, it will not be considered a reservation.
