This time it's about the Waterside Development coming in 2015 on the near southwest side. \n\n \n\nWaterside\, a new 63-acre master planned mixed-use development\, is located on the Trinity River at Bryant Irvin Road and Arborlawn Drive and includes property formerly owned by Lockheed Martin Recreation Association and purchased by Trademark earlier this spring.\n\n \n\nTerry Montesi\, Chairman  and CEO of Trademark\, will give us the details of the new development. Montesi founded Trademark in 1992 and has since developed or invested in over $1.45 billion in retail and mixed-use properties.\n\n \n\nWaterside will be a walkable shopping\, leisure\, office\, hotel and residential district with an unmatched amenity package including a new extension of the Trinity Trails.
