The community grand opening will feature fun for the whole family including: emergency room tours\, face painting\, sidewalk chalk art\, free Chick-fil-A and Roscoe's Smokehouse BBQ lunch\, a balloon artist\, bounce house and a children's art contest. \n\n\n\nThe new 10\,500 square-foot facility will officially open to the public on April 15 and offers comprehensive emergency care for pediatric to geriatric patients. Backed by the technological resources and medical and surgical specialists at Plaza Medical Center of Fort Worth's main campus\, the ER at Burleson features 12 private\, patient-care rooms with full-time emergency physician coverage and full-service around-the-clock emergency care. The new facility will also offer a dedicated trauma room\, laboratory and imaging services in addition to regular comprehensive emergency care.
