DESCRIPTION:RISCKY'S BBQ TO HOST 19th ANNUAL RIB-EATING COMPETITION ON JULY 26\, 2025\n\nThe famous rib-eating battle is part of the National Day of the American Cowboy festivities\n\n \n\nFORT WORTH\, Texas (July 2025)   Riscky's Barbeque\, the 98-year-old Fort Worth BBQ legend\, will host its 19th annual Rib-Eating Competition at 11 a.m. on Saturday\, July 26\, at Riscky's Stockyards Station location at 140 East Exchange Avenue in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. The competition will challenge up to 30 barbeque enthusiasts to eat as many Riscky's beef ribs as possible in just 60 seconds. The top qualifiers will then go head-to-head to win the top three prizes:\n\n	1st place -- $500 Riscky's gift card\n	2nd place -- $250 Riscky's gift card\n	3rd place -- $100 Riscky's gift card\n\n \n\nAll participants must pay a $5 entry fee at the door on the day of the event\, and sign-ups are on a first-come\, first-served basis (limited to 30 participants). Participants must be 18 years of age or older\, and minors are eligible if accompanied by a parent or guardian. All participants will receive a complimentary Riscky's t-shirt.\n\n \n\nRiscky's famous rib-eating battle will be held in tandem with a series of celebratory events hosted by the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District in honor of the National Day of the American Cowboy.
