If you have ever wanted to try a free yoga class\, here is your chance. Silverado and the Downtown YMCA are hosting a free yoga class for all levels of experience. We will be walking over to Vivo 53 half a block away for a glass of wine following the yoga class. We would love for you to join us for health and wellness with networking and fellowship\, too.
