DESCRIPTION:Vision FW: the young professionals group at the Fort Worth Chamber. \n\n\n\nJoin us for a professional development workshop\, titled "Group Think".  This workshop will held over lunch and will focus on various topics\, set up in peer to peer mentoring roundtables.\n\n\n\nWhen you register\, select a topic from the list below to join that table.There are only 10 seats for each discussion group (a Table Host and 9 participants). If you go online to register and do not see your topic of interest in the drop down box\, it is already full and you can choose another. \n\n\n\nTable Leaders & Topics:\n\n\n\n1.Hayden Blackburn (Tech FW): Entreprenuership in the Fort (table is sold out!)\n\n	Explore the entrepreneur ecosystem and discuss the various pathways of taking an idea and making it a reality with the Assistant Director of TechFW. Let's explore what we as young professionals and entrepreneurs can do to build an ecosystem in our community where entrepreneurs and their startups can thrive and grow on a global scale.\n\n2.Kyle Bush (Acre Distillery): Social Media Marketing (table is sold out!)\n\n\n	Join a discussion on how to use effective social media marketing to drive foot traffic to new & established businesses.\n\n3.Sonya Cisneros (The Modern Art Museum): How to support the Art Scene in FW\n\n\n	Engage in a discussion about the shifting landscape of the artistic community in Fort Worth\, what this transformation means for museums\, and explaining why talking about the arts is one of the most helpful ways of demonstrating support. Learn of opportunities to incorporate art more often into your daily life.\n\n4.Ronnie DeManna (BB&T Bank): Business Collaboration\n\n\n	Explore the process of growing your professional network to the degree of excellence and a reputation of connecting clients and other businesses with contacts that add value to the relationship.\n\n5.Sunny Erasmus (Junior Achievement): The Importance of Volunteerism as a part of Professional Development\n\n\n	We all know that community involvement is good   but how can you connect that to help with your own professional development?  Join this table to learn how. \n\n6.Matt Geske (Fort Worth Chamber): Transit Advocacy & what's in it for Fort Worth?\n\n\n	Join this "hot topic discussion" to learn more about all of the transit options coming to FW   light rail\, high speed rail and more.  Learn how to become an advocate in the community. \n\n7.Christine Gores (Fort Worth Chamber): Work/Life/Balance\n\n\n	It's not impossible to do: Learn how to live a life you love by creating balance through prioritization & responsibility delegation\, among other tactics.\n\n8.Kim Middleton (Clifton Larson Allen FW): Time Management Tools\n\n\n	"Not enough time?  Is it you or the clock?"  Take some time to look at your schedule and learn how to get things done and still have time left over. \n\n9. Carolyn Phillips (Owner\, Alchemy Pops): The Side Hustle & Starting a Business\n\n\n	A side hustle is the new job security and anyone can make more money\, pursue a passion and enjoy financial freedom - all without quitting your day job (or you totally can like Carolyn did!).\n\nEnjoy a great lunch from Joe T's while you learn a new skill\, meet new professionals and have fun. \n\n\n\nAt the end of the luncheon\, we will hear from each table on the top points shared\, for the entire group to hear.\n\n\n\nRegistration is limited so sign up today! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nReservation Policy:\n\nAll reservations must be accompanied by full payment.
