We transformed the former Ridgmar Movie Tavern theater and converted it into a 25\,000 sf fitness\, wellness\, lifestyle facility. We are throwing a big fitness party on Saturday\, August 1st and LITERALLY everybody is invited! We will have fitness activities\, challenges\, food vendors\, drink vendors\, a bounce house the entire time so kids and families are encouraged!\n\n\n\nWe will be running sauna and cold plunge exposure the entire time. Our gym will have CHILDCARE\, and so much more. \n\n\n\nI'd love for everybody to come hang out and have a good time. Bring your kids\, friends\, and family. You won't regret it.
