DESCRIPTION:Wheels for Wellness Annual Benefit Car Show is free to the viewing public and will be in Downtown Fort Worth on September 17\, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. For more information or to register your car\, please see http://wheelsforwellness.org/events/ . FREE PSA Testing will be offered at the event to detect prostate cancer.\n\n\n\nWe are a nonprofit foundation made up of men and women who have a passion for cars and healthy lifestyles. At the core of its mission is desire to promote awareness of wellness to the general public\, specifically around the issue of cancer. This includes the foundation providing resources and services to selected nonprofit organizations involved in screening\, patient care\, medical research\, financial aid and support services. \n\n\n\nWheels for Wellness has deliberately focused on three different\, yet related\, areas of cancer care   Screening\, Care and Cure. We have selected three nonprofit entities to receive support from the foundation this year: Prostate Cancer Resource Center (PCRC) Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth is our "Screen" Beneficiary. A new organization here in Fort Worth\, Fort Worth Adolescent and Young Adult (FWAYA) Oncology Coalition is our "Care" Beneficiary. Dr. Andras Lacko and the research arm of UNT Health Science Center (UNTHSC) is our "Cure" Beneficiary.
