They could be long-held stereotypes and/or limitations we put on ourselves.\n\n \n\nWe'd like you to join a discussion about female leadership opportunities and challenges at our next Women Influencing Business Workshop\, Nov. 12.\n\n \n\nWIB Committee Chair Lisa Lankes\, Chief Marketing Officer for Justin Brands\, with Susan Roberts\, CPA\, Partner Sanford\, Baumeister & Frazier\, LLP\; Jana Harris\, CEO Harris Packaging\; Kami Bedford\, Assistant Vice President\, Commercial Loan Officer with PlainsCapital Bank\; and Sandra McGlothlin\, Owner Empire Roofing  will share thoughts from personal experiences and from the book Lean In: Women\, Work and the Will to Lead by Sheryl Sandberg\, COO of Facebook.\n\n \n\nRegister today\; then mull over these questions for discussion:\n\n \n\n  We are grateful for what we have. What did past generations have to deal with that we don't have to? What are you most grateful for?\n\n  Men still run the world. Do you think it matters that men hold the majority of leadership positions? What kinds of external and internal barriers make it difficult for women to reach the top?\n\n  More women in power. Would it help all women everywhere? What would be different\, if anything\, if there were more women in leadership positions?\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nReservation Policy\n\nAll reservations must be accompanied by full payment.
