Danyelle has been a member of Fort Worth SHRM chapter since 1999\, serving as Chapter President in 2012. In her spare time\, Danyelle operates an HR Services firm\, Illustrations in Employment. The firm is focused on employee relations\, management training\, and compliance. \n\n \n\n\n\n	Faye K. Cocchiara\, PhD\, ACUE\, SPHR\, (middle) Clinical Associate Professor - Department of Management\, The University of Texas at Arlington College of Business\n\n\n \n\nDr. Cocchiara has vast experience both as an academician and a management practitioner. She was awarded tenure at Arkansas State University\, where she also served as the inaugural Chief Diversity Officer. Dr. Cocchiara is a certified human resource professional who served for more than 13 years in a variety of mid-level management positions with Sabre in installation services\, marketing\, and human resource management. In her latest Human Resource Management publication\, Dr. Cocchiara and her colleagues propose that decision-makers will use sociolinguistic cues alone to categorize job applicants then judge their employability.\n\n \n\n\n	Kathy Mitchell\, SPHR\, SHRM-SCP\, (right) Owner and principal consultant of Why HR\, LLC\n\n\nKathy is the owner and principal consultant of Why HR\, LLC\, specializing in the areas of strategic planning\, change management\, and training and development initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in the field of HR\, she possesses a thorough knowledge of HR management and understands the complex challenges businesses face.
