Did you get yours when the Botanical Research Institute of Texas and the City of Fort Worth teamed up a few years ago to encourage residents purchase one to help with the effects of summer drought. BRIT is committed to educating Fort Worth on environmental sustainability.
Plan now to attend our West Area Council Membership luncheon on Wednesday, February 15 and hear Dr. Edward Schneider, President, Executive Director of the Botanical Research Institute of Texas, as he discusses “BRIT and the cultural royalty of Fort Worth”.
Dr. Schneider came to the BRIT in December 2015 and brings more than 30 years of botanical executive administration experience to BRIT leading the organization into the next phase of its mission of conservation and education. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear Dr. Schneider!
You now have an option for special dietary needs on the registration page. When you go to your registration page, there will now be a “Special Dietary Request” drop down box should you have dietary restrictions. While we will do our best to accommodate special requests, it is not a guarantee.
Corporate Table purchasers: If you purchase a corporate table and know that you have someone attending with a special dietary restriction, here is the process you should use: When your 8 seats populate and once you add your attendee’s name, you can then click on the icon to edit attendee (person silhouette) and add the dietary need to that contact only, then “save & close” that window.
Reservation Policy
All reservations must be accompanied by full payment. If no payment is received, it will not be considered a reservation. Due to catering guarantees payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable to another event.

- Returning email invitation with check to: Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, 777 Taylor St., Suite 900, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Please notify bdyer@fortworthchamber.com if you are sending a check with name(s) of attendee(s) to ensure they get registered before the event is sold out.
