We have a waiting list and will fill seats if they become available. \n\n\n\nWIN@Networking\n\n\n\nWIN: Dine & Discuss will be on Thursday\, September 13\, at the St. Paul Lutheran School. This WIN: Dine & Discuss will consist of 8 tables with 6 ladies at each table. Each table will have a different topic of discussion over lunch\, with enough time to network and get to know each other. After discussion within your small group\, we will come together as a group to share insights from all the tables that others would find valuable from your discussions.\n\n\n\nIf you are available\, choose which discussion group you would like to participate. There are only 6 seats for each discussion group (a Table Host and 5 participants). If you go online to register and do not see your topic of interest in the drop down box\, it is already full and you can choose another. The list of discussion groups is:\n\n\n\n\n\nTable 1 Discussion - Fundraising 101: Raising money for your child's team? On a board with give/get requirements? Come learn a few basics of how to ask for money. \n\n\n\nTable 2 Discussion - Tips for Successfully Negotiating a Pay Increase: Whether you are negotiating your salary with a new employer or asking your current boss for a raise - learn helpful tools and tips to negotiate the increase you deserve. \n \nTable 3 Discussion - Social Media Marketing: Do you have a small business and want to know more how to market on social media? If you are a baby boomer like me\, social media\, especially Instragram can be difficult to navigate. Learn how to reach new business in all areas of the entire world. More affordable and far reaching than print media.\n\n \nTable 4 Discussion - Grow your Value: Don't just know your value...grow it! Pinpoint your definition of success and identify a path that is robust in authenticity and honesty\, allowing your work and life to combine rather than collide. Let's talk about how to live and work to your full potential. \n\n \nTable 5 Discussion - Life Changing Business Books: Reading business books is one of the most inexpensive ways to increase business knowledge. We will discuss some of the most influential and informative books to grow a strong knowledge of many areas of business that includes: time management\, building strong business practices and insights to human nature that have broad applications. \n\n \nTable 6 Discussion - Productivity Hacks: If you ever struggle with lack of time\, big dreams on the back burner or gaining focus + clarity on what matters most to you\, this table is for you! Leave with ideas\, skills\, and a hard copy list of tools to eliminate\, streamline and automate your days to bring more ease into your work + personal life. \n\n\n\nTable 7 Discussion - Importance of Merging Business and Social Responsibility: In a Nielson Consumer Survey\, 55% of online customers said they would pay higher prices for products and services to companies who are responsible to their community's social and/or environmental needs. Customers care about community and social responsibility - is this a part of your business or business plan? If not\, let's explore ways where it can be. \n\n\n\nTable 8 Discussion - The Value of your Brand: Come learn about brand identity\, brand positioning and creating a consistent brand voice across all channels of your business. \n\n\n\n\n\nParticipant guidelines:\n\n\n This is for Chamber members only\, so no guests please.\n Attendance is mandatory. Because the group will consist of a host and 5 other ladies\, everyone is needed to make this successful.
