EECU is looking for a Commercial Loan Administrator to support Business Services and Commercial Lending by working with external business partners and various agencies to obtain, appraisals, title policies, flood clearance, hazard insurance policies, surveys, titles and UCC filings.

Ensures all Deeds of Trusts, Titles and UC filings are perfected. Able to fund loans and execute draw requests appropriately. Prioritizes multiple tasks to meet customer/member deadlines while ensuring credit integrity of transactions. May interact with members during due diligence stage, ongoing development of credit/financial history and throughout the deposit account opening process. Must interact with loan servicing staff to complete team concept for product delivery and provide overflow telephone support coverage for EECU Commercial Lending personnel.  

This position will also manage loan servicing functions, loan compliance monitoring, loan and participation
funding, wire transfers and communications in accordance with established policies and procedures. Also responsible for assisting Commercial Lending team with loan file maintenance (either physical or electronic) and will assist with the compilation of monthly and quarterly reports regarding loan pipeline and production, portfolio management and compliance. 

Responsible for compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA Privacy Regulations, Reg Z, Reg B, Service Members Civil Relief and FCRA/FACTA. Required to attend initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.

 Candidates for EECU should possess the following knowledge and experience

  •  Experience in Commercial Lending administration, loan compliance tracking preferred.  
  •  Experience and /or knowledge in State and Federal laws, rules and regulations regarding commercial lending and the requirements for documentation closing, filing and lien perfection preferred.  
  •  Strong attention to detail is required.  
  •  Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. 
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Must always communicate professionally and in difficult situations. 
  • Must have the ability to learn and become proficient in computer programs used in conjunction with Commercial / Business lending programs, e.g. Symitar, nCino, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.  
  • High School diploma or equivalent
