Dickies Arena is a 14,000 seat, spectacular multipurpose venue located adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus in Fort Worth, Texas. The arena is owned by the City of Fort Worth and managed by the not-for-profit operating entity, Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC). The state-of-the-art arena has hosted concerts, sporting events and family entertainment, is the new home to Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances.

Overview: TDMC is looking for a highly motivated Premium Sales Representative with experience.
Job Description: The Premium Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business around a number of different premium products, all sold on multi-year leases. Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients and prospects to ensure client retention.
Essential Duties (include but are not limited to the following):

  • Responsible for the sales of new contractual suite, loge, premium club, and rodeo boxes on a multi-year lease
  • Establish monthly and annual revenue goals and activity metrics
  • Continually construct and implement unique sales strategies, ideas, programs as a means of producing new business opportunities
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and future clients to grow the prospect pool and increase selling opportunities
  • Generate new sale leads for Single Event Package inventory
  • Generate new sales contracts, terminations, and contract amendments for review and approval
  • Create and track all sales proposals through CRM system
  • Manage the implementation of all outbound sales efforts, including appointments, product launches, sales events, seller incentives and key platforms (KORE and SalesForce)
  • Establish positive working relationship with all departments to ensure success of the operation of the premium seating department
  • Print any premium or other ticket requests when necessary
  • Assist in yearly budget proposals
  • Work closely with the Premium Service Coordinator to ensure contractual fulfillment with an emphasis towards maximizing growth opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in relative sales or arena industry
  • Established network of clients in the Fort Worth/Dallas area
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, KORE and ticketing software is a plus
  • Strong organizational, time-management, excellent oral and written communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple initiatives simultaneously and adhere to deadlines is key
  • Position requires flexibility for event duties with willingness to work beyond normal business hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude, self-confidence, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and a very strong work ethic
