Engage and Cultivate Community Individuals
You will engage and cultivate community individuals through effective communication and strategy implementation. You will be responsible for continually expanding the Catholic Charities Fort Worth community by working in sync with the rest of our Advancement Department and agency programs.
Recruit, Place, and Retain Volunteers.
You will recruit, place, and retain volunteers. You will be in constant communication with our People Team to ensure that program volunteer needs are being met. You will also manage the monthly volunteer orientations, making sure that volunteers feel welcomed. You will provide regular administrative support to assist program initiatives.
Learn and Implement a Proven Fundraising Model
You will learn and implement a proven fundraising model. By carefully and continually improving your understanding of the CCFW implementation of the Benevon model, you will be key in supporting our high fundraising and volunteer goals.
Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various hours and possibly weekends, depending on current program needs.

Catholic Charities Fort Worth offers a variety of benefits to our staff including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed and we provide paid time off for 15 designated holidays, including being closed Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day.
