2nd annual Day Resource Center Jazz Concert
Jazz vocalist Victor Cager had the blues every day that he was homeless. Now he’s helping others beat the streets as headliner in the Day Resource Center Jazz Concert Feb. 23 at University Christian Church in Fort Worth. Proceeds benefit the Day Resource Center for the Homeless.
