Blue Zones Cooking Demonstration: "Cooking for your Breast Self"
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, you are invited to a special Cooking Demonstration with Savor Culinary Services, Cancer Care Services, Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital, Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth, and Susan G. Komen Fort Worth. At "Cooking for your Breast Self," learn how to apply Blue Zones Project® principles for healthier cooking options using veggies, fruits, whole grains, beans, and nuts from Savor Culinary Services Executive Chef Deb Cantrell.
The free cooking demonstration starts at 6:30 pm. The First United Methodist Church is located at 800 W. 5th Street, Fort Worth, TX, 76102.
