Economic Issues for Women in Texas examines the building blocks of economic security for women in our state. This new study, conducted by the Center for Public Policy Priorities, provides a sharply defined look at the policies and practices at the state level, and at the community level in nine metro areas across Texas, that affect a woman’s ability to be economically stable and secure.
Join the Women's Policy Forum on June 16 at the City Club of Fort Worth for a detailed presentation on the findings for the Tarrant Area and a discussion of education, health, housing, and child care.
