This is an introduction and training on how to execute the principles of Profit First by Mike Michalowicz with help from two Profit Leaders, a seasoned business owner and a startup business that recently implemented the Profit First model.

What to Expect

• Bi-weekly Profit Pod meeting with Profit Leaders for 8 weeks.

• Meetings are 1 hour over lunch, lunch not provided.

• Tools discussed and implemented are directly from the Profit First book.

• First 8 weeks are training on the Profit First methodology along with discussion on execution and implementation.

• Attendees will be given assignments to complete before the next meeting to ensure accountability.

• Each meeting will contain either a discussion, accountability update or mastermind session as well as review of accountability commitments for the next meeting.
