Yes, that’s one of the horrors that digital communication has wrought.  So it’s not a bad idea to review the dos and don’ts of Basic & Effective Business Writing for all media, whether it’s letters, emails, texting or social.
 
At our next Impact Your Business workshop, Kelly O’Brien, Director, Professional Development Center, Neeley School of Business at TCU, will review the different formats as well as maintaining positive tone, electronic laziness and the “Three C’s.” (You have to come to find out what they are.) Kelly has a proven record of coaching and professional development at EMC Mortgage Corp., where he provided leadership training with a strong communication focus to VPs and managers.
