Livestock Appreciation Day Luncheon 2012
The Rosenthal Family has been named by the Fort Worth Farm & Ranch Club as the 2011 recipient of the W. A. "Bill" King Award for Excellence in Agriculture. The award will be presented during the Stock Show's Livestock Appreciation Day Luncheon, January 19 at noon in the Round Up Inn.
The Rosenthal family has enriched Fort Worth's reputation as a national livestock industry leader by embracing cutting-edge science and technology to produce beef products for the food service and restaurant industries that are unparalleled in terms of consistency, taste and most importantly, safety.
The keynote speaker for this year's luncheon is Dr. Dennis Swanberg. If laughter is truly the best medicine, then Dennis Swanberg, America's "Minister of Encouragement" is just what the doctor ordered. With his down-home charm and heaping helping of hospitality, this Austin, Texas-born pastor-turned-comedian has won the hearts of audiences across the country.
