Mike Berry, president of Hillwood Properties, will be speaking to Chamber members about the latest activities at AllianceTexas, the businesses opening and closing, the surrounding neighborhoods, and the highways and byways that either are or soon will be under construction. (That could elicit a hoorah or a groan from you, depending on your perspective.)

Berry leads development efforts for one of the most unique master-planned communities in the nation. The 17,000-acre AllianceTexas development is unparalleled in its vision of a dynamic and diversified community, and has surpassed a total of $1 billion in property taxes paid to local governments over the project's 22 years. Berry’s a Fort Worth native and past chairman of the Fort Worth Chamber. He was featured on KERA’s CEO TV program (watch here).
