On the evening of January 28th, we will be coordinating the annual Point in Time Count across Tarrant and Parker Counties and we need your help.
The Point in Time Count is a federally mandated, one-night snapshot of individuals experiencing homelessness. On this night, we are coordinating approximately 500 volunteers with neighborhood police officers to help locate and survey individuals who are unsheltered in our community. If you would like to learn more about the Point in Time Count, please feel free to watch this informative video
Your commitment to volunteer will help us reach as many people as possible and provide a more complete picture of homelessness in our community. Having a clear understanding of the needs, gaps, and barriers in our community helps us, and our partners, respond more strategically and effectively.
You can create "teams" with your friends, family, or colleagues by registering here. Training WILL be provided on the night of the count!
If you have any questions, please reach out to communityengagement@ahomewithhope.org
Thank you!
