State of the County 2013

Tarrant County Judge Glen Whitley will speak Dec. 11 at the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce’s third annual State of the County luncheon where transportation progress, new construction downtown and public health initiatives will be covered.
 
The Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce will honor Sundance Square with the Vandergriff Award which is presented annually to a legacy individual or organization whose contributions have positively impacted Tarrant County on an international scale.

Prior to the State of the County the winner of the 2013 Greater Tarrant Business Ethics Awards, presented by BB&T Bank, will be announced.
 
The Ethics awards honor companies that practice ethical business operations, management philosophies and response to challenges.
