Over 3,000 people watched the August Area Council Online Office Hours session titled “Personal Experiences of Race in Society and the Workplace.” We received many requests for continued conversations, including conversations around what companies and individuals can do.
In this month’s one-hour discussion (it may be a little longer), business and community leaders will share examples of how to advance racial equity in the workplace.
Office Hours was developed as a monthly program to be hosted by the Area Councils Boards around a topic that is both timely and especially relevant to companies in specific Area Councils.
