Jeff was born and raised in a Military family and lived in several states and overseas.  He graduated from Baylor University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  After a twenty eight year career in local church work as a minister, Jeff obtained his Texas Real Estate license and began his second career.

Previously, she had the privilege of serving as President , Executive Director and Volunteer of the Dublin, Texas Chamber of Commerce during her four-year tenure on the Board of Directors.
